STORM TRAINING & CONSULTING, LLC
RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I, understand, in recognition of the fact that training, which may include gun/weapon handling, shooting, self-defense, canine handling and aggression, simulated combat (to include, but not limited to: graphic/violent images, simulated blood/injuries/smoke/loud noises/flashing lights/heights/confined spaces/explosives/OC & CS gas/moving vehicles/force on force) and strenuous physical activity have the potential to be inherently dangerous activities, and for and in consideration of the below signed date, do hereby, for myself, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns release Benjamin Sonstrom, Storm Training & consulting (STC) LLC agents, servants, employees, families and estates from any and all liability claims accruing to me as a result of the firearms, medical, tactical (and similar law enforcement type training) instruction in this program. All information in this document also pertains to the Storm Training & Consulting LLC, training and competition event the Tactical Rescue Challenge™.
Further, for myself, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, I agree to hold harmless and covenant not sue Benjamin Sonstrom, Storm Training & consulting (STC) LLC agents, servants, employees, families and estates from any and all liability to third parties as a result of my conduct at the program held on the dates listed on this form.
I understand that Benjamin Sonstrom, Storm Training & Consulting, LLC, the Venue (any and all training facilities we utilize) and their servants and employees are not responsible for any lost, damages or stolen property or any loss of training that’s results from lost, damaged, defective, stolen or missing equipment or for any loss of training that results from my health, unsafe behavior or training equipment such as simulated blood which may stain clothing.
By signing this agreement, I agree not to use Storm Training & Consulting LLC curriculum for financial gain without the explicit written permission of Storm Training & Consulting LLC. I also agree to follow my own department’s policies and procedures (if associated with a department or agency) and act within the scope of the law.
FIREARMS SAFETY
Participants that participate in firearms programs must read and agree to abide by the firearms safety rules documented on the following link https://www.stormtraining.org/firearms-safety
DISMISSAL FROM TRAINING
Participants that show unsafe acts with weapons (lasering or pointing) or other unsafe or inappropriate acts will be dismissed from the training without a refund.
