FORCE-ON-FORCE EQUIPMENT
For the Hostage Rescue event, Tactical Rescue Challenge® will provide each team with:
-
Force-on-Force Bolt Carrier Group
-
Simunition® training ammunition
If your team regularly trains with its own Force-on-Force system, bolt carrier group, and compatible marking ammunition, we strongly encourage you to bring and use your own equipment. Familiarity with your equipment can improve confidence and overall performance during the scenario.
Each team will also be issued:
-
(1) CTS Flashbang
-
(1) CTS Smoke Grenade
Teams must have a secure method of carrying these items on their equipment. Due to the aggressive nature of the scenario, all issued devices must remain securely retained and not become dislodged during movement.

RECOMMENDED TEAM EQUIPMENT
Recommended Items
-
Pop-up canopy/tent
-
Camp chairs
We highly recommend bringing a pop-up canopy and camp chairs to Camp Hartell. This will serve as your team's home base throughout the competition and is a great place to relax, build camaraderie, eat lunch, and watch the other teams compete from one convenient and secure location.
Teams also have the option of setting up a canopy during Events #2 and #3 if desired.
